Facial expressions are a large part of body language. An attractive smile can make you look and feel good about yourself. Your teeth may not be as white as you would like or after years of eating, smoking, drinking coffee or tea, teeth can change.
“A beautiful smile is one of the best assets that a human can have”, says Dr. Medhat Dawoud, DMD. In fact, a beautiful and a stunning smile can not only make the owner happy but can also make others happy. However, at times, it is this very smile that can make a person feel embarrassed and this can primarily be due to discolored teeth and due to stained teeth also. Edwin Ogenio
With the emphasis on “for God has joined them together”, Edwin Ogenio believes that what God puts together in a covenant between Him and the man and woman, no one is able to separate.
Edwin Ogenio believes that this year is the year of the Prophet. God is pouring out His Spirit and is using His Prophets to speak to people, as He always has done. Many times the understanding of the prophetic world is what separate or unite Christians. It is almost like speaking two different languages when we are not one in the same Spirit.
In Edwin Ogenio’s experience, once you have tasted the unusual and controversial and awesome life in the prophetic realm, there is no turning back. The life in the prophetic is characterized by judging by the Spirit and not the flesh. Christians are being challenged into a life of the unlimited supernatural; a place where things many times don’t seem to make sense in the natural world, but perfect sense in the Spirit. Edwin Onegio believes, it is the time to leave religious traditions behind and surrender to a life of faith; a fruitful life that includes persecution and yet having supernatural peace.
“Yes, and everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus, will suffer persecution.” “It is God’s way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do.” 2. Tim. 3:12, 17 NLT.

Andrew Blaak believes, couples marry with the intention of staying with each other and being there with their spouse through thick and thin. However, as the saying goes, Man proposes and God disposes, and at times it may happen that the couple may decide to separate legally through a divorce. A divorce is one of the most unfortunate events that one may have to undergo in their life and this will bring about some major changes in their lives, says Andrew Blaak. Now, a divorce is something which is unforeseen and it is very difficult to stay prepared to face any unforeseen situation. However, there is something that can be done for this and that is, to sign a prenuptial agreement with your to-be spouse before the wedding. Andrew Blaak explains, this is a pre-wedding arrangement signed by the couple, with the help of legal professionals that list how things will be done, if the couple decides to separate at later stage due to any reasons. You just have to make sure that everything is included in the prenuptial agreement, so that things do not get complicated if you decide to get a divorce after all. Read the rest of this entry »

By the time you finish reading this article I’m sure you will find time to stretch every day -Сhristopher Purtz. The lack of flexibility in people is now seen to be the major cause of general health problems and sports injury and is also being linked to everything from stress, back pain, and even osteoarthritis. It also means that nagging injuries, especially around your joints take longer to heal. The latest studies show that up to 60 percent of the general population with bad backs and knees have tight hamstrings and hips and the main cause of this is a lack of flexibility.
How to Stretch

Before stretching, dress in loose clothing and try and acquire a five-foot length of rope and tie a loop in the end. The purpose of this is to loop the end of rope around the exercising appendage to squeeze the last couple of inches of stretch from the exercise.
Find a comfortable place to stretch either on your bed, a carpeted floor or on a mat. Isolate the muscle or group you want to stretch then contract the muscle opposite. This causes the isolated muscle or group to relax straight away and when it does it is ready to stretch. Read the rest of this entry »

An employee volunteer program doesn’t have to be complex and time consuming. But, it should be leveraged against other assets for giving, which determines how you build this program. If you are a business owner, you probably have questions about incorporating small business. Most often business owners ask why incorporate. Many people run their small businesses as sole proprietorships for many years without considering the benefits incurred from taking the steps to incorporate business. However, as tax time comes round, you might be dismayed to see how much of your business income goes to pay taxes for a sole proprietorship. This is when many small business owners begin to consider if incorporation is right for their business. One big reason why businesses decide to incorporate is that in the United States business law favors corporate interests, giving them rights, privileges and protections that are often no longer available to individuals. This goes back to an early Supreme Court case that had an amendment added to it by a law clerk. The case was Santa Clara Co. vs. Southern Pacific Railroad, and the law clerk essentially wrote his own words into the judge’s opinion. The wording he added caused corporations to be considered as natural human beings, and gave them the same rights as humans under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. This classification has been the entry point for some large businesses to influenced lawmakers to favor legislation that helped them to grow in power and size. Read the rest of this entry »

Empowering Yourself to Succeed
All people need to provide some means to pay their bills and maintain the lifestyle they have created. Therefore, most all of us must go to work.
The question is: do we work to live or live to work? What motivates us at work? It is interesting to note that money is not always the prime motivator, nor is fear.
Transition America says that turn over is expensive for companies, as is change in management teams and company restructuring. Everyone deals with change differently. Change in life is inevitable, but how do companies manage that change?
Psychology plays a tremendous role in the business world. Human behavior is more complex than just seeking rewards or avoiding punishments. Human motivation has a deeper cause and a more profound purpose.
When a person desires to engage his or her talents and realize one’s true potential in life, this is called self-actualization. Once a person is self-actualized, he/she is in a position to follow his/her calling. A leader needs to lead, a manager needs to manage, an engineer needs to engineer and salesperson needs to sell. If these needs are not met, the person feels on edge and lacking something. Read the rest of this entry »

Business Cards, great for networking
According to Transition America, whether employed or not, you must ALWAYS carry a fresh supply of personal business cards handy for networking opportunities. Personal business cards project an image of professionalism and leave a lasting impression.
If you are employed and have business cards, I would recommend you do not use those in your career search process. We are talking about a personal business card with your name, number, degree (if you have one), and what type of position you are qualified for.(Sales, Sales Manager, CFO, etc.) For more about Transition America, visit us at http://www.americatransition.com/.
